Terms of Use and Community Guidelines

If you join the HDXPRT Development Community (“Community”), you are agreeing to comply with the following Terms of Use and Community Guidelines.

General

Principled Technologies, Inc. (“PT”), a North Carolina Corporation with headquarters in Durham, North Carolina, manages this site. PT reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Any such modifications are effective when the modified Terms appear on this site. You agree that the continued use of this site or its forums after the posting of any such modifications by PT signifies your acceptance of them.

Registration

To register as a member of the Community, you must review and agree to these Terms of Use. You must also pay a non-refundable fee of $20 for your initial one-year membership. You may renew your membership yearly. Your membership gives you full access to all of the members-only Community online resources and discussion forums. You will also be able to review, comment, and participate in discussions on the HDXPRT 2011 Design RFC.
You agree to (i) register only under your legal name and not under another person’s name; (ii) not register with an offensive user name; and (iii) not register with a user name that violates the intellectual property or other rights of any person or entity. You agree to not impersonate any other individual.

Confidentiality

All downloadable or accessible content in the members-only section of this Web site is confidential to the HDXPRT Development Community. You agree to protect such confidentiality and to discuss or disseminate this content only to registered Community members. You also agree not to post or distribute any type of digital content that contains confidential or proprietary information of any person or entity, or that otherwise violates the legal rights of any person or entity.

Discussion Forums

Discussion Forums enable registered members to communicate with other registered members and further the objectives of the Community. Although PT will attempt to keep all objectionable messages off this Web site, it may be impossible for us to review all messages. All messages express the views of their authors. PT is not responsible for the content of any message. PT reserves the right to remove any posts on this site that do not adhere to these guidelines.

You warrant that you will not post any messages that are obscene, vulgar, sexually-oriented, hateful, threatening, or otherwise in violation of any laws. PT reserves the rights to remove, edit, move, or close any content item for any reason or to cancel the membership of any user who violates these terms. Please report objectionable content by sending an email to HDXPRTsupport@hdxprt.com.
